It started with one barbell and a borrowed room.
In 2014, two coaches rented a single room above a Bandra fruit market and filled it with second-hand plates. There was no front desk, no app, no class schedule — just a whiteboard with the day's lifts and a rule that nobody trained alone.
That rule never changed. As Forge grew into three floors — a strength room, a conditioning floor, and a recovery suite — every member still gets the same thing that whiteboard promised: a coach who's actually watching.
Today, Forge runs programs for over 2,400 members across strength, conditioning, yoga and nutrition, coached by a team that still trains on the same floor they teach on.
